About the Role

RBUK Legal Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Negligence Fee Earner to join our team. As a key member of our clinical negligence department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, defendants, experts, and other third parties to ensure seamless communication and case progression.
  • Support senior solicitors with their caseloads, providing valuable assistance and expertise.
  • Handle your own cases (dependent on experience), taking ownership of your workload and delivering high-quality results.
  • Collate and review documentation and evidence, including medical records, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Obtain medical evidence and instruct counsel to support your cases.
  • Take witness statements and attend case conferences to gather essential information.
  • Comply with internal procedures and best practices to maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Negligence Fee Earner.
  • Exposure to a variety of clinical negligence cases.
  • Experience with CFAs and legal aid funded cases is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
