RBUK Legal Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Negligence Fee Earner to join our team. As a key member of our clinical negligence department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with clients, counsel, defendants, experts, and other third parties to ensure seamless communication and case progression.
- Support senior solicitors with their caseloads, providing valuable assistance and expertise.
- Handle your own cases (dependent on experience), taking ownership of your workload and delivering high-quality results.
- Collate and review documentation and evidence, including medical records, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Obtain medical evidence and instruct counsel to support your cases.
- Take witness statements and attend case conferences to gather essential information.
- Comply with internal procedures and best practices to maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Negligence Fee Earner.
- Exposure to a variety of clinical negligence cases.
- Experience with CFAs and legal aid funded cases is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
