We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Land Acquisition Surveyor to join our team at JOB SWITCH LTD. As a key member of our property team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our strategic asset management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional property advice to the council on landlord and tenant, lease management, asset reviews, and acquisition and disposal opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including asset management services and other departments within the council.
- Support the Senior Property & Investment Manager in delivering, managing, and supervising complex projects, including the negotiation and review of land and property assets and interests.
- Contribute to the development of a professional property team, building and shaping the team's expertise and capabilities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Extensive experience in land acquisition and disposal, with a strong understanding of property law and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
