Commercial Lawyer - Technology and Outsourcing Specialist

Eximius Law is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lawyer to join their team as a Technology and Outsourcing Specialist. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience and a strong background in technology and outsourcing agreements.

The role will involve reviewing and negotiating complex technology agreements, outsourcing arrangements, and other commercial agreements for the UK, France, and USA. The successful candidate will also provide legal support for legal and regulatory change projects and review and comment on other supply agreements to support the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer to gain experience in a broad range of work and work in a small legal team. The role offers a unique chance to work with a top global financial advisor and asset manager and contribute to the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate complex technology agreements and outsourcing arrangements
  • Provide legal support for legal and regulatory change projects
  • Review and comment on other supply agreements to support the business
  • Work closely with the Head of Group Legal to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong background in technology and outsourcing agreements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
