About the Role

LR Legal Recruitment is seeking a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a focus on Property Rights, specifically in the area of Leasehold Enfranchisement. This role is based in our Bromley office and offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable specialist in Leasehold Enfranchisement, ready to contribute to our esteemed team of legal professionals. This position is perfect for an ambitious individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to client service.

We are looking for someone who possesses:

  • A keen eye for detail and the capability to nurture and develop a small team, showcasing a talent for business growth.

Your qualifications should include:

  • Providing clients with precise, relevant, and current legal guidance, including:
  • Collective enfranchisement
  • Lease extensions
  • Tenant's right of first refusal
  • Submissions to the appropriate tribunal or court when necessary
  • Overseeing and mentoring Paralegals who will support you in your duties and manage their own lease extension cases
  • Taking charge, with the Partner's assistance, of the business development, marketing, and expansion of the team, including engaging in promotional and networking events

Qualifications

  • Qualified and authorized to practice as a solicitor in England or a Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years PQE

Experience

  • Post-qualification experience in leasehold enfranchisement and lease extension
  • Comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of all aspects of leasehold enfranchisement
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service in a legal context
  • Ability to drive business development initiatives
  • Some experience in small team management and leadership, or a willingness to take on this responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of leading and expanding a team while fostering strong client relationships
