Key Responsibilities of the Night Porter:

  • Assist with late check-ins and early check-outs, adhering to company protocols.
  • Maintain effective communication with various departments.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed during each shift and provide a detailed handover at shift end.
  • Handle wake-up calls promptly and arrange taxi services for guests.
  • Take room service orders and deliver them to guests efficiently.
  • Manage the residents' bar, including serving drinks and performing cleaning tasks.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of fire evacuation procedures and operate computer systems.
  • Keep the premises secure and conduct regular patrols throughout the shift.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and private dining areas as required.
  • Offer personalized service, take ownership of tasks, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
