Theatres Scan4Safety and Sterile Services Lead

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the Scan 4 Safety Management Team, ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of the solution for Theatres. This individual will uphold the Trust's values and contribute to the development of the department in line with its strategic goals, while providing an efficient and effective service to end users.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the Sterile Services team across Trust sites, ensuring effective management of operations.
- Manage the Theatres Scan4Safety team, ensuring effective use of inventory management system to support stock management.
- Contract management of off-site sterile services outsourced contract, ensuring contract delivery is optimised.
- Develop staff within the team.
- Optimise service across all sites, including the new Midland Metropolitan University Hospital (MMUH) due to open in Autumn 2024.
- Operate as a senior member of the Procurement & Logistics team.
