About the Role

As a Disability Assessor, you will conduct thorough, in-depth consultations with claimants applying for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP). You will use various assessment methods to ensure that every claimant feels heard, understood, and supported during their PIP journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments to determine the impact of health conditions on daily living and mobility
  • Use cutting-edge IT systems to produce detailed, high-quality reports
  • Work collaboratively with claimants to ensure accurate and fair assessments
What We Offer

We provide a hybrid working model that combines home-based work with on-site presence. Our team is committed to supporting your professional growth and development, with opportunities for clear promotion and professional growth.

Our comprehensive training program covers assessment techniques, DWP guidelines, and report writing. You will also receive regular CPD training and revalidation support, as well as NMC/HCPC fee reimbursement.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience
  • Active registration with NMC or HCPC
  • Strong communication, proficient typing, and excellent IT skills
