About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our established team at Blythwood Vets. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working closely with our veterinary surgeons, and contributing to the development of our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurse consultations and patient care
  • Monitoring patients under anaesthesia and providing peri-operative care
  • Assisting veterinary surgeons and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Developing good relationships with clients and their pets
  • Upholding practice protocols and standards

About Us

Blythwood Vets is a small animal primary care practice with 4 closely located sites. We have been established within the local area for over 40 years and are part of the Practice Standards Scheme and a training practice for Veterinary Nurses. We offer a supportive team environment, digital x-rays, dental x-rays, and ultrasound machines with colour flow doppler.
