Job Title: Fabric Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer to join our team at Trevett Project Services in southwest London. As a Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing building fabric systems, including patch repairs, minor plumbing, and carpentry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake building fabric activities, including patch repairs, minor plumbing, and carpentry
  • Answer queries, report defects, and keep clients informed of site activities
  • Complete work-related documentation accurately and on time
  • Perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces
Requirements:
  • Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment
  • Relevant qualifications, such as C&G or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and Safe Systems of Working
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
