Financial Analyst

Robert Walters is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support their dynamic team. This role will provide critical support in financial planning, analysis, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
  • Develop financial models and forecasts to predict business performance and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide financial insights.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
  • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Perform variance analysis between actual results and budgeted/forecasted figures.
  • Participate in the preparation of investment appraisals and financial feasibility studies.
  • Maintain and improve financial reporting systems and processes to ensure data accuracy.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the finance function.
Requirements:
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA qualified
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and modeling
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables and complex formulas
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
