We are seeking a skilled Bench Joiner to join our team at Optima UK Inc Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality point of sale units and displays.

• Work collaboratively with the production manager to manufacture bespoke POS units and displays
• Install and shop fit on-site, with projects ranging from 1 to 7 or 8
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
• Ensure high-quality standards are met
• Manage projects with flexibility to work overtime, ensuring deadlines are met

• Time served as a Bench Joiner or Cabinet Maker
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Shopfitting/ Site Installation experience
• Experience working within the point of sale/ retail display industry
• Strong teamwork ethic
• Good communication skills
