  • Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 20:30
  • Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 14:00

Job Description:

As a Support Worker with Voyage Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, promoting independence and dignity for our clients. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in care and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
