Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate maintenance teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Proactively resolve queries, complaints, and problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage sub-contractors to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of projects
  • Oversee staff management, including behavior, workload, quality assurance, holiday, and timesheets
  • Develop and implement method statements and risk assessments to ensure safe working practices
  • Coordinate winter drain down and summer start up activities

Requirements:

  • Horticulture NVQ or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in commercial landscape construction and maintenance
  • Ability to read and understand drawings
  • CSCS certification
  • Computer literacy
  • Full UK driving license
