About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team in Plymouth and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure the smooth operation of our lifts
  • Responding to lift breakdown callouts to carry out minor repairs and resolve issues efficiently
  • Building strong relationships with our clients by meeting agreed response times and providing excellent customer service
  • Collaborating with the Service Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Solving complex issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment, including basic LG1 examinations
  • Working independently to resolve problems and improve processes
