Job Overview
Abbey Court Care Home is dedicated to providing specialized nursing and dementia care for adults. Our facility is equipped to support 88 residents, ensuring they receive 24-hour assistance from qualified nursing staff. We also offer comprehensive end-of-life care and respite services.
Our specialized Dementia Plus service caters to individuals with dementia who may have complex care requirements. At Abbey Court, our mission is to deliver personalized support, enabling residents to lead fulfilling and joyful lives.
In addition to dementia care, we are equipped to assist individuals with various medical conditions and nursing needs.
Role Responsibilities
The Lead Care Assistant role encompasses both personal care and engagement in activities, making energy, strong communication, and organizational skills essential.
Previous experience in a care-related role is advantageous.
