Business Intelligence Manager – Aspire Data Recruitment

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to join our team at Aspire Data Recruitment. As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic technical team that engages and communicates cross-functionally to provide high-quality insightful management information.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Implement a Reporting Framework

Design and implement a comprehensive reporting framework across the business to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Satisfy Client and Investor Needs

Provide data-driven insights to satisfy client, investor, and company needs for information on the performance of our inventory.

Provide Operations KPI Data

Prepare and deliver management information packs to enable the business to make informed decisions using available data.

Construct a Best-in-Class Data Warehouse

Design and develop a robust Data Warehouse that consolidates data from various sources across the business units.

Oversee Data Orchestration

Ensure timely and accurate population of data-marts through data orchestration.

Provide Consultation and Development Skills

Offer consultation and development skills for bespoke technical business projects.

Champion Continuous Improvement

Evaluate novel tools in Business Intelligence and Management Information development and automation to drive continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Manager who possesses the following qualifications:

  1. Advanced SQL and DBA Skills
  2. SSIS Package Design and Development
  3. Experience with Reporting Tools
  4. Advanced Excel and VBA Macro Skills
  5. Strong Analytical Skills
  6. Leadership and Influence Skills
  7. Proven Experience in a Fast-Paced Business
  8. Workload Prioritizing and Resource Planning
