Position: Risk Management Consultant
Location: Remote with travel across Midlands/East Anglia

Compensation:
Approximately £50,000 plus Car Allowance or Company Vehicle


Irwin & Colton is collaborating with a prominent organization in the Insurance and Risk Management sector to recruit a new Risk Management Consultant.

This role will involve providing health and safety expertise across various industries, including financial services, retail, FMCG manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals, contributing to a diverse range of projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on client-specific strategies and objectives to foster a robust health and safety culture.
  • Deliver comprehensive services to clients, including audits, policy evaluations, risk assessments, fire safety assessments, and management system evaluations as necessary.
  • Collaborate with both internal teams and client personnel to conduct health and safety training, ensuring the identification and mitigation of potential hazards.


Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) along with relevant IOSH membership.
  • A proactive and constructive approach to networking and establishing strong client relationships.
  • A valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
