About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our property estate, ensuring that our partners and suppliers adhere to agreed guidelines when undertaking work or upgrades on our network property estate. As a Regional Property Surveyor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day estate management in your allocated sites, providing expert advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support internal and external stakeholders in Acquisition, Legal Deployment, and Transmission functions.
  • Provide pragmatic, prudent, and consistent advice to third parties to ensure the cost-effective implementation of site acquisition.
  • Manage property-related matters, including New Code Agreement renewals and Cabling wayleaves.
  • Act as a first-stop reference for property-related matters and provide support to Shareholders, Suppliers, and Contractors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Property knowledge and experience in an Operator, Managed Service Supplier, or Small Works Contractor environment.
  • Knowledge of Code (Digital Economy Act) and property-related qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
