Junior Paraplanner Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Paraplanner to join our team at Aspire Executive Search. As a Junior Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial services team and contributing to the growth and success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with advisers and clients to ensure timely and accurate responses to their needs
  • Liaise with product providers to obtain illustrations and application forms
  • Produce portfolio valuations and ensure fund switches, rebalances, top-ups, and withdrawals are carried out accurately and within company time-scales
  • Conduct annual reviews and undertake templated suitability reports
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services administration with exposure to some paraplanning duties
  • Strong IT skills, as we are a technology-focused business
  • Salary range up to £35k depending on experience
  • Pension and death in service benefits
  • Generous holiday and Bank Holidays per annum
  • The ability and support to work flexibly where appropriate, in terms of hours and location
  • Support with further qualifications, including study leave
