We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Control Witness to join our team at R S D TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of product losses during the transportation of crude oil and petroleum products.

• Identify and mitigate excessive product losses through effective inspection and measurement practices.
• Ensure compliance with API guidelines and company inspection procedures, with thorough documentation of events.
• Promote a culture of environmental responsibility, public welfare, and profit control within the organization.
• Verify and confirm all volumes with independent inspectors, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Collaborate with vessel officers and shore representatives to determine additional gauging or testing requirements.
• Reduce ROB volumes through effective crude oil washing and stripping at discharge ports.

• Technical knowledge of transportation, testing, inspection procedures, and marine operations related to oil transfer.
• Ability to read and interpret company policies, regulatory guidelines, and work-related documentation.
• Thorough understanding of industry safety standards and confidentiality requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines.
