About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Admiral Insurance Plc. As an Associate Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business objectives by providing valuable insights and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize internal and external data sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Looker, MicroStrategy, and Excel to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with business users to understand data requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
  • Actively support business initiatives by matching user reporting requirements to relevant reporting tools and assist in the development of required reports.
  • Act as an internal consultant using specialist knowledge, skills, and experience to advise on the development and implementation of analyses, processes, and initiatives to meet business needs.
  • Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various analytical initiatives.
Key Skills
  • Comfortable in producing and interpreting numerical data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relate findings clearly to a non-technical audience.
  • A desire to approach problems in an imaginative way and probe available information to reveal new or unexpected insights.
  • A keen desire to take on challenges, learn new skills, and improve existing methods.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

Interview Process

The interview process will consist of a pricing test and a stage interview.
