Position: Cost Estimator

  • Compensation: £47,000 - £58,000 annually

We are currently seeking a Cost Estimator to oversee the financial and commercial interactions with vendors, manage intercompany financial oversight, and guarantee exceptional service delivery to clients with an emphasis on financial strategy, expense management, and maximizing value.

The ideal candidate will possess either membership or a RICS qualification, along with a background in contract oversight, procurement processes, and experience working with external contractors and consultants.

A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential requirements for this position.
