About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical/Multi Skilled Fitter to join our team at the Imerys British Lithium Pilot Plant. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned, scheduled routine and reactive maintenance of fixed plant and associated systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Fault finding and diagnostics, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems
  • Providing engineering support for maintenance and installation activities
  • Installation of new equipment and process modifications
  • Ordering site spares and managing inventory
  • Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety standards and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Collecting and analyzing data to inform maintenance decisions

  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
