Job Overview

Fox Resourcing & Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Production Operative to join their team in a factory environment. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for operating a variety of mixing and blending equipment, monitoring the production process, and ensuring machinery is cleaned and refilled correctly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a range of mixing and blending equipment to produce high-quality products.
  • Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Ensure all machinery is cleaned and refilled correctly to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Accurately pick and return raw materials to their designated locations and complete electronic transactions.
  • Package and label products correctly to meet dispatch deadlines.
  • Store finished goods in designated areas and complete associated electronic records.
  • Safely move goods by hand or using industrial powered trucks (forklifts).
  • Maintain a clean and tidy working area, including the removal of rubbish at the end of each shift.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing working patterns and take on additional duties as required.
Requirements

Experience is essential for this role, and a flexible approach to evolving working patterns is required.
