Summary of Responsibilities:
The Quality Engineer is responsible for overseeing, managing, and enhancing the quality of products and processes within the organization, fostering a culture of ongoing improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
(NOT INTENDED TO BE EXCLUSIVE OR EXHAUSTIVE)
Process:
- Support the upkeep and ongoing enhancement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Oversee the Document Control process.
- Manage the ISO9001 Internal Audit program.
- Develop and implement Procedures, Work Instructions, and other relevant documentation in accordance with requirements.
- Supervise Product Quality testing to ensure adherence to specifications and promote continuous improvement.
- Manage Process Auditing requirements to ensure compliance with specifications and drive continuous improvement.
- Gather and analyze data for trend analysis, presentation to management, and evaluation for improvement opportunities.
- Handle non-conformances from identification to resolution utilizing various quality tools.
- Lead the execution and coordination of containment and corrective actions.
- Support the rollout of the 6S program and other Lean initiatives.

People:
- Cultivate strong working relationships across all departments.
- Communicate quality performance metrics at all organizational levels.
- Provide training related to quality.
- Offer leadership and guidance concerning the QMS.

Health and Safety:
- Adhere to company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Assist in health and safety management and training as needed.

Other:
- Perform any other reasonably requested duties.
