Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a highly experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team as a Junior Partner.
  • The successful candidate will be integral to the firm's operations, handling a diverse caseload that spans leases, development sites, agricultural land, and more.
  • The role demands a solicitor who thrives both independently and collaboratively, someone who can seamlessly integrate into the existing team of four Partners and other legal professionals.
  • Mentorship is a cornerstone of this position, with the chosen candidate responsible for supervising and nurturing the talents of junior team members.
  • Business development is also a key aspect of this role, with the firm seeking an individual with a proven track record and an appetite for fostering growth.
  • A strong team ethic is paramount, with the firm valuing individuals who are eager to contribute, passionate about their work, and committed to delivering results with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and nurture the talents of junior team members.
  • Handle a diverse caseload that spans leases, development sites, agricultural land, and more.
  • Seamlessly integrate into the existing team of four Partners and other legal professionals.
  • Foster growth and development within the team and the wider firm.
  • Deliver results with a positive attitude and contribute to a strong team ethic.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of eight years PQE and relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience ideally at Senior Associate or Junior Partner level.
  • Proven track record of business development and growth.
  • Strong team ethic and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Passionate about their work and committed to delivering results with a positive attitude.
