About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Bannatyne Health Club in Bristol. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the health club, including changing rooms, toilets, and shower areas
  • Operate cleaning equipment and use chemicals safely and effectively
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high standards of cleanliness and customer service
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to member queries and concerns
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a cleaning or domestic role
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and members
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
