About the Role:
The Data Scientist will be working with experienced Data Scientists and Data Engineers to deliver and create models of impact. The ideal candidate will have experience with large language models (LLMs), including their use in natural language model systems both pre- and post-production. A strong understanding of contemporary LLM literature is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploying Data Science/LLM projects straight onto the FinTech market.
- Building Machine Learning/LLM/RAG algorithms and models to create new data products and services using Python.
- Coding and testing new algorithms for prototype and production applications using Python libraries (TensorFlow and Keras).
- Translating data into meaningful insights using Python.
- Leading the interaction with customers and stakeholders to showcase the project.
- Developing and deploying advanced AI/LLM/RAG models.
- Enhancing the functionality and performance of our ML engine, models, and systems.
- Utilizing machine learning methods to interpret and analyze data, ensuring continuous adaptation and evolution of our models.
- Working in partnership with the technical team, including data scientists and ML engineers.
Requirements:
- Educated to a MSc or PhD level in a STEM subject.
- Proven knowledge in the implementation of Machine Learning techniques.
- LLM/RAG experience.
- Strong commercial experience with Python and a proficient knowledge of Python, R, and Scala.
- Previous commercial exposure to tools such as Keras, TensorFlow, Python.
- Excellent communication skills and team and colleague engagement.
