Job Description

Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Mitsubishi Electric. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and accurate end-to-end payroll service, ensuring timely and precise processing of payroll entries, statutory payments, deductions, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll entries and oversee those of other colleagues in the People Team
  • Manage statutory payments, including SSP, SMP, SHPP, SPP, SAP, and AEO
  • Manage voluntary BIK charges and salary sacrifice processes
  • Ensure adherence of pension deductions to auto enrolment, pension scheme rules, and pension regulations
  • Manage pay requests for colleagues outside of the main payroll
  • Produce and deliver monthly reporting to the Finance Team
