Job Title: Ultra Low Latency C++ Developer

We are seeking an exceptional engineer to join our team at Stanford Black Limited, a leading global quantitative trading firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining our systems and networks for market-making activities, leveraging proprietary technology to drive innovation and competitiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-level engineering, with expertise in C/C++ and a passion for pushing CPU's and GPU's to their limits. They will be part of a team that takes trading ideas from our Quant Research team and turns them into reality, interpreting market data and dispatching orders with precision and speed.

We pride ourselves on being a tech-first company, and as such, we don't require finance experience. Instead, we need strong engineers who can design and implement software systems that meet the demands of high-frequency trading. The right candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong development background in Modern C++ and Python knowledge.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong development experience with Modern C++, Python knowledge is beneficial
  • Lots of experience with low-level concepts, for example, x86, compilers, operating systems, Assembler, Verilog, ASICs, Linux Kernel
  • Practical experience designing and implementing software systems is a plus

Salary is dependent on experience.
