Physiotherapy Administrator

Spire Bushey Hospital is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their Physio Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills in a private healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the provision and maintenance of an efficient patient administration service within the Physiotherapy department.
- Oversee the accurate completion of charge sheets for outpatients and inpatients, and charging for consumables as necessary.
- Organize and manage outpatient clinics, including classes and pre-op assessments.
- Manage patient discharge processes and follow up patient satisfaction surveys.
- Provide general administrative support to the Head of Department and Lead Physiotherapists.
- Process patient referral letters and associated documentation, confirming details with patients and consultants as required.
- Respond to patient and public enquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate electronic and manual filing systems.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Experience in an administrative role or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
- A team player with the ability to interact with diverse individuals.
