Overview:
Teaching Personnel is in search of flexible and committed Supply Teachers to join our network, providing crucial assistance across Primary Schools. This position presents an excellent opportunity to gain diverse experience in Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Covering teacher absences due to various reasons.
- Effectively delivering pre-prepared lesson plans.
- Engaging students through innovative and inspiring teaching techniques.
- Maintaining classroom discipline and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
- Assisting with interventions as needed by the educational institution.
Requirements:
- Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Recent experience in UK Primary Schools.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new settings and challenges.
- Strong skills in classroom management.
- A genuine passion for education and a dedication to student development.
