Head of Legal

Radius Systems, a leading provider of pipeline solutions, is seeking a seasoned Head of Legal to drive strategic legal guidance and ensure compliance across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the legal function and advise the Senior Leadership team on commercial contracts, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance.
  • Negotiate critical agreements and manage key business risks to support the company's ambitious growth plans.
  • Guide regulatory compliance in areas like data protection, health & safety, and environmental law.
  • Lead on legal risk analysis, dispute resolution, and governance while collaborating with senior leaders.
  • Create company-wide policies and deliver legal training that empowers teams.

Requirements:

  • A qualified Solicitor (8+ years PQE) with proven experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, and risk management.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused leader with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or construction sectors is a plus.
