Job Summary

We are looking for a numerate and outgoing candidate with strong interpersonal skills to assist with payroll processing, pension administration, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payrolls for various-sized clients on a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Administer UK pension schemes, including understanding and processing various aspects of pension plans.
  • Upload and process bank files in various banking platforms, ensuring successful transactions.
  • Handle tax code changes and queries for all clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries from clients, addressing concerns regarding wages, deductions, and timesheets.
Requirements
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
