Key Responsibilities- Process payrolls for various-sized clients on a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer UK pension schemes, including understanding and processing various aspects of pension plans.
- Upload and process bank files in various banking platforms, ensuring successful transactions.
- Handle tax code changes and queries for all clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Respond to payroll-related queries from clients, addressing concerns regarding wages, deductions, and timesheets.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
