This leading UK operator of high-volume experience venues is experiencing significant growth and seeking a talented Chef Director to spearhead their culinary expansion.

They are renowned for their elevated casual dining concept, offering a dynamic blend of premium food and beverage experiences across multiple locations.

The Role: Chef Director

As the Chef Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their culinary offerings. You'll lead a team of 100 chefs across six sites in London and the Midlands, overseeing all aspects of food production, menu development, and back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative menus that elevate the dining experience while maintaining high volume efficiency.
  • Establish rigorous standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency across all sites.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talented chefs, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to ensure alignment between culinary strategy and overall business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for menu optimization.
