We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our Engineering and Maintenance team, you will play a critical role in supporting Operations and collaborating with the Maintenance Team to deliver an effective asset care plan for each planned shutdown.
Key Responsibilities- Shutdown Planning: Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to plan all tasks associated with shutdowns, ensuring continuous improvement in reliability, AIB, and labor costs.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Drive effective scheduling to implement asset care, achieving target KPIs on the monthly scorecard, and collaborating daily with Operations to maintain targets via QCDM meetings.
- Work Order Management: Review and prioritize work orders/requests through effective collaboration with the Maintenance Team and Operations Teams.
- Improvement Initiatives: Support Improvement Teams by scheduling Failure Analysis work orders as required from the Teams' feedback.
- Reporting and Analytics: Ensure weekly scorecards are produced and fed back to teams, supplying labor utilization information, maintaining SAP, using data standards, preparing ad-hoc reports, and entering/modifying tasks and instructions as required.
- SAP Maintenance: Maintain SAP data, including new equipment and associated asset care regimes.
- Internal Audits: Take an active role in supporting the site on actions and taking ownership of agreed issues relating to internal audits such as PEMM, BRC, and AIB.
- Highly Numerate: Highly numerate, with analytical thinking, ability to support the Maintenance Team, Operations, and others with decisions and judgments.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work in a changing environment, generating ideas and solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
- Strong Communication Skills: Highly motivated and a strong team player with good people skills, having effective written and verbal communication skills across a range of contacts, both within the organization and beyond.
- Computer Skills: Skills in influencing others, ability to negotiate, and computer skills, including Excel, Word, and SAP.
- Assertiveness and Confidence: Must demonstrate assertiveness and confidence to take an active part in meetings with fellow employees and external contractors at all levels.
- Knowledge of System Equipment: Knowledge of the system equipment, daily contact with peers and other employees at all levels, and having a basic knowledge of system flow streams and how items of equipment can affect system efficiency and pallet quality.
