Nexus ERP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team in Edgbaston. As a key member of our Lettings department, you will be responsible for overseeing the Property Management team and properties managed by the company.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in Property Management, with a strong understanding of property technology and property management applications. You will be proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and property management software, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of managed properties, including proactive and reactive maintenance, property inspections, and safety certificate management.
- Build and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Process outsourced inventory reports, check-out reports, and deposit registration, as well as manage deposit repayments and disputes.
- Manage utility notifications, ensure conditions of let are met, and project manage refurbishments.
- Assist the Lettings department and Sales department as required, providing support and guidance to colleagues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Property Management.
- Proficient in property technology and property management applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competent with MS Office, Outlook, and property management software.
- Good general knowledge of Birmingham City Centre and Edgbaston areas.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am - 1pm.
