We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team of Sales Associates in achieving sales, customer service, and operational targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, coaching, and business management skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational leader to take charge of our store and drive business growth through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management. The successful candidate will have total accountability for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers, and will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in inventory and facilities management, cash reconciliation, and staff scheduling. They will also have a proven track record of creating and executing in-store events, and will be able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Create and execute a business plan to recruit and retain customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management
  • Manage inventory and facilities, including cash reconciliation and staff scheduling
  • Create and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, cash reconciliation, and staff scheduling
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
