Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Lead and manage complex civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client requirements.
  2. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure projects meet industry standards and client expectations.
  3. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives for the engineering department, aligning with organisational goals.
  4. Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor engineering teams to enhance their skills and performance, promoting a culture of excellence.
  5. Client Relationships: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  6. Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in engineering practices, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present detailed technical reports and project updates, ensuring clear and concise communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Substantial experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on project management and technical leadership.
