At Starling Enterprises Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Installations Workshop Supervisor to join our team. With over 30 years of experience and expertise as manufacturers and suppliers to the electrical industry, we can provide solutions to your electrical problems.

As a construction and industrial specialist, we can provide you with a wide variety of goods to suit all your requirements.

  • Minimum 2 year experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and a high standard of work
  • Proven ability and aptitude as an electrician
  • Previously worked on distribution units and switchgear and knowledge of the construction industry is also desirable
  • City & Guilds 2360/2330 Parts 1&2 or equivalent
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • BS7671 17th Edition Test & Inspection 2391 or equivalent is desirable

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Assembling and testing a wide range of electrical plant such as MDA and various switchgear and site temporary electrical products
  • Technical supervisory knowledge so as to be able to work on own proficiently and carry out fault finding and service without supervision in the most efficient and economical manner
  • Comply with Company Health & Safety Policy including carrying out general housekeeping to ensure work areas are tidy
