Job Title: Highways Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Highways Supervisor to join our team at Carrington West. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of sites on the National Highways network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of site teams to ensure efficient and safe delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a CSCS Gold Card and Safety Critical Medical.
  • Background in highways and ideally street lighting or highways technology.
  • Proven experience in site management and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
