Senior Tax Portfolio Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Portfolio Manager to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment. As a key member of our accounting practice, you will work closely with our partners to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax accounting, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and providing technical advice. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, including meetings, phone calls, and responding to queries. You will also assist with staff training and development, and deal with HMRC in relation to inspections or enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including meetings, phone calls, and responding to queries
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to clients
  • Assist with staff training and development
  • Deal with HMRC in relation to inspections or enquiries
  • Prepare advance assurance forms for HMRC
  • Personal and business tax returns

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in an accounting practice
  • Preferably ACCA / ACA / ATT / CTA qualified
  • Excellent communication skills
