This is a highly successful business that has grown significantly over the past 20 years, with multiple locations across London, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Hertfordshire.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Answering inbound telephone calls promptly, qualifying customer requirements, and confirming customer details accurately on the system.
- Complaint Handling: Dealing with customer complaints and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Liaising with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
