The successful candidate will report directly to an M&E Project Manager and play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of ongoing and future phases of work.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage all M&E aspects of commercial construction projects, including new builds and refurbishments.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with all stakeholders.
* Oversee the installation and commissioning of M&E systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Resolve any technical issues that arise during the project.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, managing day-to-day operations on-site.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
* Implement and maintain health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments as necessary.
* Act as the primary contact for all M&E aspects of the project, maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders.
* Attend project meetings to provide updates and address any issues.
* Ensure client requirements and specifications are met or exceeded.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience as an M&E Construction Manager, particularly in commercial construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of M&E systems, construction management practices, and relevant regulations.
* Relevant qualifications in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong communication skills, with experience in client and stakeholder management.
