About the Role

We are seeking reliable, hard-working and motivated individuals to join our team as Delivery Drivers with Adecco. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load pre-sorted packages onto your vehicle by stepping in and out of the vehicle safely
  • Deliver a set number of packages to customers
  • Adhere to all safety regulations on the road
  • Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records
  • Greet and interact with customers and the public with a professional and positive attitude

Requirements

  • A passion for driving and a valid manual UK or EU driving licence (max 6 points, NO active IN, DR or TT codes)
  • Independent problem-solving skills and good communication skills, both spoken and written English
  • The ability and willingness to use stairs to deliver packages
  • Ability to lift and shift packages of varying weights
  • Commercial (or work-related) driving experience is a plus but not essential
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must pass a 5-point drug & alcohol test
  • Must be aged 21
