We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to oversee our Construction division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of significant projects within various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Director, you will be responsible for steering projects valued between £60m and £100m+, specifically in the Custodial, Education, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors. Your leadership will be crucial in monitoring construction progress, managing financial aspects, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the pre-construction phase to ensure readiness for the construction phase.
- Facilitating effective communication and maintaining relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Implementing project plans while ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
- Leading multidisciplinary teams to meet client expectations.
- Providing timely and precise progress reports to stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing large-scale projects. You should demonstrate:
- Strong technical and operational expertise within tier 1 construction sectors.
- Proficiency in budget management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
