About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Bank Support Practitioner to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their everyday lives, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide practical support with daily life activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Assist individuals in developing and maintaining daily routines, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each service user.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a support or care role, preferably in a community-based setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, as required.
