A leading Solutions Provider is seeking an experienced Mac Engineer to join their team on an urgent contract basis. The successful candidate will be based at one of their key client sites in Staffordshire, working closely with the client's IT team to deliver top-notch Mac support and troubleshooting services.

The client's entire estate runs on Mac infrastructure, supporting over 500 users across the office. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Native MAC Device Support, Hardware & Performance Issues, Wi-Fi and Networks, Microsoft Office, and JAMF.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert Mac support and troubleshooting services to the client's IT team
  • Collaborate with the client's IT team to deliver high-quality Mac infrastructure solutions
  • Develop and implement effective Mac support strategies to ensure optimal system performance
  • Work closely with the client's IT team to resolve complex Mac-related issues

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Mac engineering and support
  • Expertise in Native MAC Device Support, Hardware & Performance Issues, Wi-Fi and Networks, Microsoft Office, and JAMF
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced IT environment
