We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Exams Officer to join our team at Teaching Vacancies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our examination processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate records of student examination results and progress.
- Coordinate and administer examination procedures, including scheduling and timetabling.
- Ensure compliance with examination regulations and policies.
- Develop and implement effective systems for tracking and monitoring student progress.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff.
- GCSE grade 4 or above or equivalent qualification in literacy and numeracy.
- NVQ 4 or equivalent qualification OR experience in a relevant discipline.
- Working knowledge of examination regulations.
- Ability to work accurately and to deadlines and manage own time effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Sound organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Access to a cycle to work scheme.
