About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Administrator to join our team at Thorn Baker Industrial. As a Production Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production supervisor with day-to-day duties in our busy factory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce cutting lists for saws and ensure accurate documentation
  • Order and record drawings and cutting lists using our FrameIT system
  • Print panel labels and job sheets, and maintain accurate records
  • Produce loading sheets and associated paperwork, and manually check loaded trailers
  • Provide office cover for the production supervisor during absences
Requirements
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Organized and methodical approach, with ability to think under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word applications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Desirable Qualifications
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field (training will be provided)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong interpersonal and coordinating abilities
  • Ability to plan and manage workload
